read the following carefully as it pertains to the ordering process:
Please
remember that all orders are subject to a 6% processing fee to a maximum
of $12.00 plus GST. This fee will be added to the final invoice when
we fill your order. No processing fee will be added to Gift Vouchers.
This fee is not added to the online receipt.
STEP
1
Browse through the menu by clicking on the categories in the far left
column. Subcategories further define the products. To select items click
ADD TO CART. You can change the quantity when viewing the cart contents.
When making any changes, remember to always click UPDATE. Please note
the unit in which the item is sold. For example, if sold per lb/pound
do not order 6 lbs of bananas if you only want 6 bananas.
STEP
2
Once you have finished shopping proceed to the CHECKOUT. Enter your
contact information the first time you order and create a login with
a password. This eliminates re-typing all your information each time
you order. Each member can save 4 shopping lists that make it easier
to complete future orders. Please write down your password and keep
it for further reference. Each time you proceed to the CHECKOUT enter
your email address and password. The cart will recall your personal
information except for any credit card numbers.
STEP 3
Choose a method for receiving your order. Home delivery, pick up or
shipping beyond Winnipeg. Home delivery is $10.00 plus GST. Pick up
is done at 603 Wall Street.
STEP
4
To complete the ordering process, you will need your credit card number
and expiry date. Once you have entered this information check off Authorization
and click Place Order, the following screen allows you to print out
your receipt. Please print out your order receipt as a confirmation
that your order is completed. You will also receive an email confirmation;
if you do not please contact us. All orders are subject
to a 6% processing fee to a maximum of $12.00 plus GST. This fee will
be added to the final invoice when we fill your order. This fee is not
added to the online receipt.

your email for information about your order.

You can shop at our market located at 603 Wall Street. Open
Monday to Friday 10 AM - 7 PM and Saturday 10 AM - 4 PM.
Pick
Up Orders
Pick up your order at 603
Wall Street from Monday to Friday after 12 PM until 7 pm and until
4 PM on Saturday. Remember that your order will not be ready before
12 PM. You can place an order online 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week and select any day we are open to pick up your order. Deadline
for Pick Up orders is 3 PM the day before you pick up. Examples: Order
Monday before 3 PM and pick up anytime after Tuesday at 12 PM. Order
Tuesday before 3 PM and pick up Wednesday after 12 PM.
Home
Delivery Orders
Home delivery is only available within Winnipeg city limits.
Deliveries are made on Wednesday from 5 PM - 9 PM and Thursday 5 PM
- 9 PM. The cost for home delivery is $10.00 plus GST. Deadline
for all home delivery orders is Tuesday @ 8:00 PM. If you miss this
deadline your order will be processed the following week.
Shipping
Orders - When Shipping is $10 or less we ship
automatically.
We will ship any where in Canada. Place your order
online and email us your preferred method of transport. We also ship
with Canada Post, Greyhound, UPS, Fedex, and Purolator. When shipping
is $10 or less, we ship all orders automatically. Contact us for
more info.
We currently
ship to Nunavut via Kivaliq Air and northern Manitoba via Perimeter
Air and Calm Air. Deadline
for shipping to northern regions is Tuesday @ 8:00 PM. If you miss this
deadline your order will be processed the following week.
Alterations,
Ommissions & Substitutions
Keep in mind that some items that your order may not be available due
to spoilage, low inventory or various other reasons. Prices are subject
to change. Substitutions may occur. We will notify you if we make any
changes or deletions to your order. All invoices will be adjusted accordingly.
Save
Your Cart
To use this feature you must sign up as a member and login
to the account page.
Browse and
add products to the cart, update item quantities before saving your
cart.
Next go
back to the account page and save your cart.
You can have upto 4 saved carts.
Login at
any time and load any of your saved carts to save time shopping.
After
loading your saved cart you must update all item quantities and proceed
to the check out.
Remember
that some items may be out of stock at the time when you upload your
saved cart.
Eat
It Quick Boxes
Eat It Quick Boxes have staple items and are great for those customers
who do not have time to search through the whole site. Small and large
boxes are available. We will substitute any items that are not available
to complete the box.
Bulk
Orders
Any item can be purchased in bulk (by the case). Please inquire via
email or in store regarding pricing and case sizes. Some products have
bulk discounts available online.
Payment
Options
Payment can be made via credit card, Interac or cash for Pick Up Orders.
Credit card is the only payment option for Home Delivery and Shipping.
Be advised that we may process your credit card immediately after receipt
of your online order. If you Pick Up your order and add items we will
process a 2nd transaction in our store. Eat It will no longer accept
cheques.
Refunds
We make every effort to inspect and verify all products before distribution.
It is crucial that you check your order as soon as possible after delivery
or pick up. If you find that any of the items are spoiled or missing,
please contact us by e-mail or telephone before noon the day after receiving
your order. Please provide invoice number and date of purchase and we
will credit your following invoice.
Internet Security
Our
website is secured with 128-bit encryption, look for the padlock in
the status bar when you checkout. We have a Geo Trust Security Seal,
for more information visit our certificate provider www.geotrust.com.
You can click on the seals found on "Your Account" page and
on the checkout pages. Make sure your browser is set up for 128-bit
cipher strength.
Privacy
We respect your right to privacy. Your registration information
is used to help us provide you with personalized service. We will not
share or sell your information to any other party.
